At Fusu, every order is prepared with care to ensure your pieces arrive safely and promptly.



Order Processing



All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, limited releases, or promotional events.



Shipping Rates & Delivery Times



Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination and shipping method selected.


Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Fusu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.



International Shipping



We proudly ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.



Order Tracking



Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Incorrect Address



Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Fusu is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.



Lost or Delayed Packages



If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at Fusu.uk@gmail.com. While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.



Damaged Packages



If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we may assist you accordingly.
