Return Policy



We take great care in the craftsmanship of every piece. If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist.



Returns



We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:


  • Unworn, unused, and in pristine condition
  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and accessories
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase



The following items are not eligible for return:


  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Intimate or personal wear items, for hygiene reasons




Initiating a Return



To request a return, please contact our customer care team at Fusu.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.



Return Shipping



  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable



For your protection, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.



Refunds



Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.


Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.



Exchanges



We are pleased to offer exchanges only in the event of a defect or damage. Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos of the issue.



Damaged or Incorrect Orders



If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we may resolve the matter promptly.



Policy Notes



Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be declined and returned to the customer.
